Amusing Sengoku Musou 2 fan video

As I promised sempai, I'm posting on Sengoku Musou fan videos from Nicovideo. XD

Gi Rangers (This is hilarious if you know Japanese, but if you do not, I shall summarize it.)

Gi=義 = approximately, honor, and in Japanese, what Kanetsugu is always shouting about. Gi kind of means honor in the sense of loyalty and duty. In other words, what inspired Mitsunari, Kanetsugu, Yukimura, et al, to fight against Ieyasu.

This video is using a script from some humor show, in which there is a sentai squad formed to fight against evil (that is, Ieyasu).

Ieyasu is giving his speech about the future, etc, when...

Mitsunari: Red Ranger!
Sakon: White Ranger!
Keiji: Red Ranger!
Yukimura: Red Ranger!
Kanetsugu: White Ranger!

All: Together, we are.... THE GI RANGERS!!!

Ieyasu: No.
Kanetsugu: Wha?
Ieyasu: There's something off about you guys.
Ieyasu: What, you, what are you?
Kanetsugu: Gi Rangers.
Ieyasu: You're not the Gi Rangers.
Ieyasu: What color are you?
Kanetsugu: White Ranger!

All: We five together are.... THE GI RANGERS!!!

Ieyasu: Wait
Ieyasu: Wait, wait a bit
Ieyasu: What color are you?
Kanetsugu: White Ranger!
Ieyasu: And you?
Sakon: White Ranger!
Ieyasu: That's weird!
Ieyasu: Why are there two white ones?
Yukimura: Red Ranger!
Ieyasu: Mmm, well, you are...
Ieyasu: And you?
Keiji: Red Ranger!
Ieyasu: And you?
Mitsunari: Red Ranger!
All: Together, we five are.... THE GI RANGERS!!!

Ieyasu: No, no! No!
Ieyasu: Don't you think it's strange?
Ieyasu: Why are there three red ones and two white ones?
Kanetsugu: Um, that's because we uh... well, it doesn't mean colors
Mitsunari: Mm hmm
Ieyasu: But then why colors?
Kanetsugu: We want others to see us as individuals
Ieyasu: That makes no sense at all
[After this I get kind of confused, so I won't translate the later parts]


Man, I really need to get around to playing Musou Orochi.

Oh god Japanese comedy is kind of wacky. I love it \o/

And yes, let me also say that you should play Musou Orochi. Musou Orochi is potentially the most amazingly special mashup of greatness. I like 2 better if only because it has the Orochi path, which I am very partial to, due to my character preferences.

They may also be releasing Musou Orochi Z, which is for the PS3, and it has both games and a bit of added content, for PS3. I am hoping they do, but Koei hasn't announced anything outside of Japan yet :(

I don't have a ps3, and don't plan to get one though...

They aren't worth it anyway, haha. But yeah, when 2 gets cheaper, I really recommend that one over the first one, just because it tells you... what happened before the first one. Since they failed at doing that originally.
