Change in Leadership at LJ

(Not a Russian speaker) Searching for разруливание by itself suggests "to resolve"; plugging that into the autotranslated sentence: "To resolve problems associated with conflicts of creators and moderators of the communities at the expense of the most distinct separation of management rights / ownership" -- interesting! Yeah, I'm really not sure what that means. I thought they had already implemented a separation when they introduced the owner category? I wonder if they are going to start letting owners of paid comms make money off of advertising using Google Adwords. It seems that on the RU side LJ is getting closer to a Wordpress.com model with them providing services for blogs w/ high enough readership to be profitable off of advertising.

I wonder if it means something like allowing maintainers to edit community entries, since the (translated) phrasing is "at the expense of .... the separation".

I've always like that Google translates the Russian word for userhead as "tadpole".
