PSA on openID accounts and other things
Saturday, May 2nd, 2009 04:12 amIf you had an openID account, and now have a Dreamwidth account, but are now thinking "hey, now that I have a real account, I had might as well delete this openID one, because what use is it?" you may be interested to know that there are some plans ahead for new features incorporating openID accounts.

You may possibly, in the future, be able convert imported comments left by your LJ into comments attributed to your DW account, or use your openID account to take control of your feed on DW. This is pretty exciting, and I'm looking forward to seeing the construction of all of these new things.
Also: Viewing Comment Pages in the Site Scheme
I've seen some people trying to figure out how they may disable custom comment pages. If you are using Transmorgified or Negatives, if you go here, and under "Presentation" uncheck the box that says "Show entry pages in my journal style rather than the app style" you will be able to see comment pages in the site scheme style.
