The voluminous DW-discuss ml

charmianSo on the DW-discuss ML is erupting into conversation on LoudTwitter and how you can ban such posts and other stuff about how people post things that you don't want to read, so why can't you filter by topic?
Personally speaking, I don't like Loudtwitter because well... I already use twitter, and if I wanted to read your tweets, I would obviously then just follow your twitter. Also, a lot of the times replies get put in also, and those are not very helpful.
I also don't see why people are becoming so insane over the idea that others might... want to have a feature that automatically cuts long entries on their read lists. On the other hand, I cut all long posts anyway.
