update on affiliate hijacking on LJ

charmianLJ may reimburse people who lost money due to LJ hijacking their affiliate links.
In this post, LJ user elisa_rolle details her correspondence with LJ, which began on Feb 5 2010.
Anyway, the last message from LJ says that they are waiting for a report so they can confirm who lost revenue.

Not that I'm embittered and cynical or anything.

(and people are still asking permission to comment on public posts? I have never understood that attitude)
